Green Hydrogen: Gensol to develop NHPC’s inexperienced hydrogen mobility station undertaking in Laddakh

NEW DELHI: Gensol Engineering Ltd on Thursday stated it has emerged because the lowest bidder for NHPC‘s Kargil Green Hydrogen Mobility Station EPC Project in Laddakh. Gensol has secured this undertaking by demonstrating techno-commercial competency in collaboration with Matrix Gas & Renewables Ltd (Matrix), the corporate stated in an announcement.
Gensol will develop a 500-kW grid-connected, ground-mounted solar energy undertaking that may present power to the hydrogen refuelling station.
The scope of labor consists of the complete stability of plant EPC encompassing the inexperienced hydrogen system set up, storage, and dishing out services, along with the requisite civil and electrical infrastructure for the built-in photo voltaic and hydrogen operation in Ladakh, it stated.
The undertaking is to be commissioned by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC).
The undertaking is slated for completion inside 12 months from the issuance of the work order.
Ali Imran Naqvi, CEO-BD & Project Management of Gensol Engineering Ltd, stated, “The NHPC project win is set to strengthen Gensol’s market position, elevate our technical capabilities, and pave the way for growth and collaboration in the renewable energy sector.”
Gensol Engineering Limited is part of the Gensol group of firms, which supply engineering, procurement, and building (EPC) providers for the event of solar energy vegetation.
