BJP’s Nilesh Rane ‘steps aside’ from politics, says ‘no longer intrested in elections’

Maharashtra BJP chief Nilesh N Rane introduced on Tuesday that he’s completely stepping except for energetic politics. A former member of Parliament (MP) from Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg constituency of Maharashtra, Nilesh N Rane mentioned he’s not intrested in politics.

“I’m completely stepping except for energetic politics, not excited by politics, for no different cause. I’m very grateful to all of you who’ve given me a lot love within the final 19/20 years, for sticking with me when there was no cause. I’m very fortunate to have met a lot love in BJP and to have the chance to work in such an ideal group like BJP. I’m a small man however I realized loads in politics and a few colleagues have grow to be a household endlessly, I’ll at all times be indebted to them in life. I’m not excited by contesting elections and so on. Critics will criticize however I do not like losing my time and others the place it does not go well with my coronary heart. I apologize for unintentionally offending some folks,” Nilesh N Rane mentioned in a put up on X.

Nilesh N Rane is the elder son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayana Rane, who at the moment holds the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises portfolio within the BJP-led central authorities. His youthful brother, Nitesh N Rane is sitting member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Kankavli constituency in Maharashtra.

Member of fifteenth Lok Sabha

Nilesh N Rane was elected to the fifteenth Lok Sabha from Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg constituency of Maharashtra as a member of Congress. In 2014, he contested election from the identical constituency, however was defeated by Vinayak Raut, the candidate representing the Shiv Sena. Subsequently, he aligned himself with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
