Mizoram Assembly elections LIVE: Mizoram Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Madhup Vyas has introduced that not less than 3,000 police personnel and 450 sections of central armed police forces (CAPFs) might be deployed for the Mizoram meeting elections.
